capturecreationandsimplificationof dispositionprocess. Create andimplementbusinessprocesstoperformcomplete
paper-baseddocumentinventorythatincludedcontenttype,filedate,storage location,owner,etc.The processesallow a
standardname and conventionof all ACFcontenttype,use of barcode technology, the creationof ECMmetadatabase for
an agency-wide taxonomy;developof consistentsearchand index criteria,andscanningof the paperdocuments.As
Contract OfficerRepresentative(COR) collaborate inthe preparationof SOW’s,IAA’s,evaluate the acquisitioninstruments
that metHHS and ACF regulation;andmonitorthe executionof the ScanningandNARA RecordScheduleInventory

SOW forthe acquisition of ITservice tosupportmigrationof datafrom the legacyapplicationsystem. Myeffortas PMand
IT Supportincluded configurationof newtechnical solution; developandprovisionof briefingstostakeholdersand training
material tosystemusers.The outcomes were:redesignof ACFFOIA Internet andIntranetsites, redesign of FOIA Electronic
ReadingRoom,creationof electronicACFFOIA RequestForm, establishmentof electronicbusinessprocess and
deploymentof FOIA-RecordManagementSystemorFOIA-RMS.The FOIA-RMSisa cloudweb-enable securesystemthat
reducespaperintensive andtime consuming,errorsprone processesat production time Outcomesof the projectwere the
reductionof 65% in processingdaysforOverdue FOIA Requestsandproduction the annual reportsrequiredbylawfrom
640 staffhourstolessthan 5 minutes.
Responsible forprovide BA andITSupportto the ACF Section508 Coordinator. The projectgoal isto enable ACFto
meetSection508 and Section504 of US rehabilitationAct. AsBA I establishdelineation of stakeholders,rolesand
responsibilities andscope of the coordinationactivities; businessprocess,annual workplan,andmulti-mediaoutreach
material (brown-bags,seminars) toenablethe agency tomeetSection508 regulations.MyIT Supportoutcomes were the
creationof Section508 Intranetsite,ElectronicSection508RequestSystem.
A PMand IT was responsible forsolely redesign,deploymentand supportthe entire ACFIntranetSite.The project
includesassessmentof the agencyandits components requirementsforinformation,communicationandcollaboration
withinACF.Outcomesof the projectare: developmentof webpagesthat meetindustrybestpracticesforusabilityand
accessibility includingSection508 requirements,commonlayoutandnavigationstructure;reductionnumberof broken
linksfrom45% to lessthan5% acrossthe entire site.Additionallysuccessfullypilot todemouse SharePointplatform for
hostingthe ACFIntranetenablingECMprocessfor userdirectlyupdate theirinformation.
Accountable forBA,PMand COR supportof the Officeof the Executive Secretariat and the ACF Correspondence and
Control System(CCS).The systemisdesignedtoprovide managementof correspondence andregulatorydocument
management,clearance toACFoffices. AsBA gather requirements,evaluate options, andrecommend currentsolution. As
