Key Responsibilities:
 Monitor measure and analyze market risks inherent in Treasury activities.
 Supervise and Check all internal and regulatory limits monitoring.
 Supervise and check limits approved by board of directors.
 Supervise and Check all market and liquidity risk reports.
 Review Market risk Policies on yearly basis.
 To update and develop statistical models for measurement of market risk.
 Being committee member of ALCO/MRMC.

 Calculation of market risk regulatory capital under Basel II framework on
quarterly basis.
 Conducting stress testing in relation to regulatory requirements for market risk for
example interest rate sensitivity, EAR and EVE.
 Using duration and modified duration to measure interest rate sensitivity for
treasury activities.

Key Responsibilities:
 Manage timely execution of all Treasury transaction and the approval of all
foreign exchange, money market and derivative deals within the approved policy,
procedures, proper rates …etc.
 Manage and handling SWIFT function.
 Manage handling all Treasury bills, bonds…etc.
 Manage maintenance of FX and MM interest rates through the coordination with
the dealing room, financial control and IT department for monitoring and timely
