1. Advanced project in the company which started and applied in
Saudi first and then to be generalized to the region after Saudi
success (Biomarkers & Screening Project) , in order to
establish the Companion Diagnostic in Saudi,
Program includes the following:
• Planning, implementation and follow-up of high quality
initiatives.
• Covering all pathologists in Saudi and some Oncologists
who are dealing with Breast & NSCLC in Saudi.
• Act as the point of contact for all biomarkers testing
projects (Roche team, hospitals, internal & external labs,
and courier).
• Conducting all medical activity (advisory board for
“oncologists, pathologist, oncosurgeons, and MOH
specialists”, local & international speaker tour, pathologists
training, and lab staff training) to investigate about the gaps
related to the testing in order to optimize the testing
availability and leverage the scientific knowledge.
• Coordinate with the international labs for biomarker tactics
(HER2 FISH, EGFR, ALK, BRAF, IHC testing).
• Labs profiling and mapping.
• Graphical schedule representations are used for the project
• Project costing & budgeting.
• Project monitoring and reviews.
• Personnel selection and evaluation.
• Report writing and presentations.
• Risk identification.
• Evaluation.
• Participate with the concerned unit management in
developing segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Monthly report for the project feedback.
