16. INSIGHTS
- People have various ways to make restaurant choices such as arranging a
restaurant list, looking up from apps and recommendations from friends.
- People are still skeptical on the recommended restaurants
from the software but they do rely on the ratings.
“Even though the food looks good on social media,
I won’t know until I try it and sometimes the food
does not look like the pictures.”
17. THINGS TO IMPROVE THINGS THAT WORKED
- Less leading questions and more silence
in the interview. Let the interviewees tell
more about their experience.
- Have a better understanding of the
groups of people before the interview.

- Finding the right timing and place to do
the interview
- Planning a moderator guide to make
sure every members in the group are
working towards to the same objective.
- Taking notes during the interview and
doing voice memo right after interview
helps to deliver more accurate
information to colleague.
