- People have trouble organizing eating out with friends due to conflicting schedules and different food preferences. They use various methods like maintaining a personal restaurant list, getting recommendations from friends, and searching apps to choose where to eat.
- While people refer to online reviews and ratings, they are still skeptical of app recommendations and prefer friend recommendations. People also don't always know if a restaurant matches photos online until trying it.
- Interviews could be improved by asking fewer leading questions to get more of the interviewee's perspective, better defining the groups interviewed, and taking notes during and after interviews for accurate information sharing.
