Some people are always angry, their "anger scale" is always on 8–9 and it seems that many things make them upset , while other people have only a
few things that make them angry. Becoming one of those people who rarely gets angry and manages their anger well is possible but it takes some work.

which are: try to understand people before reacting, come up with a happy place to focus on when angry, breathe deeply, and attempt to walk
away from a situation that would likely cause an anger episode. To encourage these actions I recommended for Chance to stay around positive
people and avoid those who anger him. I also recommended for Chance to try to look for a less stressful job and if his anger worsens he may want
to consult a doctor because there are medications to help with anger (Psych Guides, 2017). I also recommended that Chance sees a doctor because
bad anger issues can be caused by genetic inheritance or a chemical imbalance which causes a weak reaction to the serotonin gene (Mayo Clinic,
2015). I came up with these goals in result of some research I did about anger management tips. According to Mayo Clinic, three tips to help with
anger are: breathing deeply, thinking of a happy place, and walking away from a situation before someone completely explodes. Also, after talking
with Chance, I realize he finds his job extremely stressful and not enjoyable at all. Job stress can cause negative reactions towards others and anger
outbursts (Psych Central, 2016). Because of this information, I recommended that Chance try to understand others at work instead of just lashing out.
