1. The Consultant will contribute to overall evaluation and in doing so:
• Contribute local knowledge and contextualize the evaluation findings by providing a Burmese
perspective on issues evaluated
• Facilitate the evaluation stakeholders engagement process and buy-in
• Lead on specific data analysis as agreed with the Team Leader for the final evaluation
• Take part of the final evaluation field work between January and February 2016 and participate in
data/document review, field visits and stakeholders consultation
• Draft specific sections of the final evaluation report as agreed with the Team Leader
• Take part in and make selected presentations at the evaluation results dissemination workshop
