Achievements
Operations Manager
• Selected to served as the Current Operations Fire Support Officer for the Combined Joint Task Force 101 (CJTF-101). Responsible
for assisting with the coordination and integration of joint and coalition fire support assets into all CJTF-101 operations.
Coordinated and executed over 100 combat operation involving U.S. and NATO forces. Briefed daily operations to Commanding
General and executive staff.
• Responsible for the preparation, coordination, authentication, and distribution of plans and orders issued to subordinate units and
personnel.
• Provided oversight on all missions, organization, and reporting of Afghan significant activities, consisting of over 400 personnel
within the province in support of Operation Enduring Freedom from the battalion level.
• Successfully managed over 150 convoy patrols across 1,000 sq. miles within Eastern Afghanistan.
• Provided the expertise necessary to train/deploy over 200 Soldiers to foreign and domestic locations.
• Trained 34 Soldiers and 2 officers in the art of indirect fire control, close combat attack, and close air support.
• Responsible for the recruiting and mentoring of young prospective and selected Army cadets at Marshall University. Personally
recruited nine cadets to the ROTC program; all successfully graduated and served in the United States Army.
• Successfully trained 12 senior cadets as they prepared to attend their respective Officer's Basic Course.
• Implemented force protection to safeguard 2,000 United States Soldiers and civilians in central Baghdad's safe zone.
Logistics/Project Manager
• Planned and coordinated large-scale special events between the 101st Airborne Division and city officials in order to enhance
military support within the local community.
• Responsible for the distribution and oversight of organizational funds, logistical preparation, deployment, and sustainment of over
300 United States Army Soldiers and countless Afghan Police and Army personnel.
• Successfully supervised government contract support. Developed, authored, and established 35 contracts that employed over 200
Afghan nationals, purchased over $5,000,000 worth of combat essential equipment and established 13 new construction sites to
house over 100 U.S. Soldiers.
• Provided daily operational review/quality control of projects as it relates to commander’s criteria, expectations and quality
standards.
• Managed up to $3,500,000 of on-hand equipment accountability.
Information Technology Development
• Maintained quality control of incoming data for continuity across field teams, acted as liaison between the company and various
customers, and tested modeling data with actual data.
• Worked with a high performing team in a multi-faceted role supporting the research and development, software development and
end user departments of a confidential project for Google Inc. Performed field data collections and information gathering/sorting in
small teams, traveling nationwide.
