Directly supervised the coordination, facilitation and processing of all Transportation Movement Requests and Air
Movement Requests. Forecasted and planned transportation requirements for personnel, food, fuel, water,
maintenance parts and medical supplies; Tracked all movement requests and Operational Readiness statuses of all
line haul and material handling vehicles within the organization.
• Processed and tracked over 100 Transportation Movement Requests despite a 35% cut in personnel in the section.
• Improved the transportation movement request process for the organization by developing and implementing an online format for
submission and tracking.
Senior Logistics Advisor to Afghan National Army FT Drum, NY February 2014 – October 2014
Directly supervised a team of 25 joint service personnel. Executive Operations Officer for a forward deployed Security Forces Advise
and Assist Team in Afghanistan. Coordinated with the Afghan National Army on matters concerning logistics, maintenance and
transportation.
• Assisted the Afghan Army’s 203rd
Corps to achieve an operational readiness rate of 83%, over and above the normal standard of
70%.

Corps improving their maintenance posturing

Battalion Operations and Plans Officer FT Drum, NY April 2013 – February 2014
Executed mission command and mission tracking of all distribution operations in a combat environment across six
provinces and seven pieces of tactical infrastructure.
• Prepared and processed daily logistics information consolidation reports and briefings for superiors.
• Developed, resourced and supervised a rigorous training plan for the Sustainment Operations Center prior to
deploying to an overseas operational area.
• Gained high levels of experience working with complex mission command and logistics tracking systems.
Battalion Maintenance and Logistics Officer FT Drum, NY December 2012 – April 2013
Directly supervised 51 maintenance personnel. Performed the duties of maintenance and logistics officer of a Forward Support
Company for an Artillery Battalion. Responsible for the maintenance of over 4,500 vehicles and pieces of equipment valued in excess
of $9,000,000 million.
• Brought the equipment operational readiness rate for the battalion up from 90% to 97% and sustained it through two 14-day field
exercises.
• Facilitated and led semiweekly maintenance meetings directly improving service scheduling and forecasting procedures.
Distribution Platoon Leader FT Drum, NY May 2011 – December 2012
Directly supervised 35 personnel. Planned, coordinated and executed the procurement, transportation and delivery of supplies
including food, fuel, ammunition and maintenance equipment to three separate companies totaling over 500 people during several
high complexity missions and multi-organizational operations. Accountable for equipment valued at $14,000,000 million.
• Facilitated the movement and distribution of over 100,000 rounds and several types of ammunition.
• Accumulated over 10,000 accident-free miles of transportation operations.
• Planned and conducted 2 heavy weapons ranges qualifying over 70 personnel for the company; achieved a 100% weapons
qualification rate for all Soldiers trained.
