Bryan Haralovich, CPA, CA, CPA (Illinois), Partner of Welch LLP With over 20 years of public accounting and business related experience, Bryan specializes in providing financial services to entrepreneurs from private to public companies including charities, government departments and agencies. In his role as an audit partner at Welch LLP he provides a range of assurance services, technical accounting advice, income tax planning and compliance and financial statement and internal control advisory services. He has a passion for supporting entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses by leveraging his extensive experience as a business advisor. Bryan also leads Welch’s Technology Services group. With this role, he has served technology companies from start-up to successful exit, including support with public and private financing. His goal is to continue to help businesses proactively manage financial matters
Matthew Blostein, CPA, CA- Manager Matthew Blostein spends his days working with Ontario’s up-and-coming and well-established Technology companies. He works closely with clients to help them achieve their business goals, improve their internal processes, and ensures sound financial reporting. Matthew’s passion for creative problem solving is put to the test every day to determine the most relevant and reliable way to report financial results in a manner that is most efficient for tax and financing purposes. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to how a company should account for items and Matthew works closely with his clients to determine an approach which is most effective for their needs. Matthew believes sound financial reporting is built into current operations and not on top of the existing processes.

He graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce with a Specialized in Accounting (Cum Luade). He brings years of experience working with a diverse range of clients in the technology and knowledge based sectors. He has provided financial advisory, taxation and assurance services to assist a wide range of clients achieve their goals.
