A highly motivated fourth year undergraduate finishing Masters in Chemical Engineering (M.Eng)
from the University of Birmingham. A multilingual team player equipped with technical skillsets,
certain lab techniques and a fair amount of exposure in two different engineering fields eagerly to
kick-start a career as a graduate engineer.
Engineering Work Experience
Summer Intern - BVC Engineering Limited. July 2015 - August 2015
In this role, I was responsible for detail inspection reports of undergoing projects in the company.
The achievements I made during my internship were estimated of quantity for piping parts accurately
during services on site, produced P&ID and equipment drawings of the given project using AutoCAD
software and spotting out errors during the pressure vessel manufacturing processes without
constant supervisor needed. Besides, I suggested an implementation of pre-heating electrodes before
the welding process that will reduce smuts on the product.
Summer Intern - Jayagas Limited. July 2014 - September 2014
As the only engineering intern in the company, I was called for all industry site visits for every
maintenance services. I was responsible to design P&ID and constructing bulk tanks designs for gas
industry using AutoCAD software. The designing of gas tanks involved in working collaboratively
with client’s engineers and technicians with my supervisor. I was able to aid in negotiations to resolve
relocation issues and troubleshoot an industrial pastry evaporator by identifying a leak in the
diaphragm of the regulator during services.

Solar Dryer Prototype Year 2
Improved knowledge on renewable energy and heat transfer processes.
Successfully produced a concept design of a conventional dryer which capable of working
with renewable resources.
Utilized the use of solar energy to tackle The Grand Challenges in collaboration with a team
and a professional authority, IChemE Malaysia.
Radio refractive Jacket Year 1
Innovated a jacket, which used for attenuating the radio waves into the human body into a
lighter jacket with integrating the commercial aluminum foil and fabric mesh.
Collaborated with multidisciplinary engineering students, which increase my personal
tolerance.
The prototype successfully reduced harmful radio waves intensity being absorbed into the
human body by 80%.
