Lead a team of six professional training developers and aviation instructors in the creation and delivery
of a wide variety of multimedia training products.
Directly responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the development of training materials
incorporating video, photo-realistic 3D models, animations, and text to be compliant with TRADOC 350-
70 and Army Learning Concept 2020.
Recent successful projects include the Enhanced Medium Altitude Reconnaissance and Surveillance
System (EMARSS-S) Training Support Package (TSP) and the Maule TSP.
Ongoing projects included development of an integrated Intelligence, Surveillance, and
Reconnaissance (ISR) simulation capability for training Army and Air Force tactical airborne ISR
personnel.
