Responsibilities:
 Being the Head of Corporate actions in the company, my role is to:
 Manage and supervise the work of the team operating at the unit
 Review and sign operations including dividend and coupon
payments executed (Authorized Signatory “B”).
 Review and sign corporate actions prepared by the team in order to
be transmitted to security holders.
 Contact custodians and verify instructions placed with custodians
related to corporate actions.
 Review reports related to the operations dept.
 Review reconciliation prepared by reconciliation unit, put my
comments and forward it to the Head of Operations’ Dept.

2.  Follow up the opening of Bank accounts with correspondent Bank
and Custodians (Nostro A/C’s).
 Open custody and DVP line with counterparties.
 Check and Sign end of day journal.
In addition to being the Head of Corporate actions unit, I have some duties that I do in the
absence of the head of accounts unit since I have an authorized signatory, and these duties are:
 Verify y swift messages for outgoing transfers (MT103, MT202,
etc…)
 Sign incoming transfers
 Approve credit interest rates on clients accounts
In the absence of the Deputy Head of Operations, I authorize swift messages (MT300, MT600,
etc…). I authorize fund subscription orders on Vestima which is an order routing system for
funds on Creation online (Clearsteam Banking Luxembourg.)
