1. Responsible for maintaining daily Credit Collection Report.
2.Responsible for maintaining daily Outstanding Report.
3. Collection calls, Identifying and following upon doubtful accounts.
4. Reconcile all credit card charges.
5. Ensure credit applications for all new accounts are completed and approved.
6. Post all payments received daily.
7. Clear city ledger accounts at month-end.
8. Resolve all account queries.
- 2. Working as an Asst. Credit Manager in Hookah (Group of Saffron

7. Resolve all account queries.

9. Schedule and chair the monthly credit meetings.

11. Review the high balance report and follow-up on problems or doubtful accounts.
12. Reply to customer queries and send copies of accounts.
13. Reconciliation’s and rebates.
14. Promote by example the principles of “The Power of Service”.
3. Worked as an Executive-Bills and Credit in Hotel Ashoka 50-B,
Chanakya Puri, New Delhi in Steel Bar from October, 2002 to March 2010.

A) All cash deposit in Ashok Hotel.
B) To post bills from computer.
C) Co-ordinate with Ashoka’s finance department to release the payments.
