 Liaise with the regional IT Manager and gather requirements and agree on the delivery
date
 Planning project delivery and milestone list
 Established and documented the Conditions of Satisfaction
 Creation of the Statement of Work, Work Orders and BOM
 Project costs: Forecast and control Budget
 Hold Project Kick off meeting.
 Acquire resources for the project from various departments such as Networking and Data
Center Management teams.
 Ensuring an adequate budget is available for any required purchases
 Project procurement, covering order placement, tracking and budget control for product
and services orders
 Mediate with Vendors and follow-up on delivery of parts.
 Set up weekly status update calls with project stake holders.
 Manage Quality Assurance, Resolution of Issues and Status Review throughout the project
life cycle.
 Perform Quality audits and track the percentage of completion of work.
 Identify variation, Risks and Issues
 Create Risk register, Mitigation plans if the risk occurred and Issue registers
