How to Save Cost?
• No glass fiber cloth and green silicone pad
• Time saving when replacing our material:
Traditional operating way it costs at least 2 hours to cooling the
pressing machine,1 hour to replace the material,1 hour to reach to
normal temperature for pressing machine.
Compared with using our material, it helps to save 4 hours, service
life is at least twice compared with ordinary material. Say it helps to
save
8-12 hours for replacing material.
•The FPC produced by using KRL press pad material is in small
shrinkage or swelling, the FPC produced by silicone iron plate,
fiberglass cloth, and green silicone pad is greatly shrinked or swelling.
