How do we use open data to cut through layers of faceless bureaucracy that are impossible for
the most disadvantaged to navigate? Has the pendulum swung too far protecting citizens that we don't enable them and are real missing opportunities to make their lives better? Can we put government data sets in the hands of its citizens and enable them to share it with 3rd parties with their consent? Can we do so with safety rails? What can we do to put humanity back into our systems and help some of the most invisible people in society? How do we engage, listen, understand, act with purpose? There is so much we should and can do and the platforms and patterns we create can reduce the scale and complexity of the problem.

protect but empower our most vulnerable
children and young people?
Can we give a voice to our children and young
people?
Can we foster meaningful innovation yet also
maintain safeguards that protect the rights of the
individual and their family members?
Can we improve the pace of change? Can we
offer a personalized services at scale?
