Thursday, October 3rd, 2019
Agenda for the Day:
1) Finish Lesson 4, Stock Market Basics!
Before we begin buying and selling stocks on
Investopedia – and begin the Stock Market
Challenge – we need to learn the basics.
Read through and complete the tutorial, which
is due on at the end of class today! You’ll
have the first half of class time today to finish
this, and you can listen to music while you
work.
2) Begin buying stocks on Investopedia! You will
have a budget of $100K to invest, and I would
like you to buy roughly $5K worth of stock in 20
different companies, so that we can have
comparable portfolios to compare in the
competition over the rest of the semester.
3) Introduce Amazon Marketing Project!
4) Study time for the Ch. 18 test, which is
tomorrow, Friday, 10/4.
5) Lastly, Correct lesson 18.3 Worksheet.
