Physical Space
Physical space has not been
expanded the way adding
physical materials for libraries
(books, furniture's and
computers)
Financial Constraints
Funds have not been coming as it
is needed. IDP has come as a kind
of relief for fund starved (govt.)
college libraries, but not sufficient.
Lack of adequate staff members
for managing college libraries is
one of the biggest problem
