A confident, enthusiastic and hard working person who being responsible with a mature outlook
and also have excellent interpersonal skills. Enjoy meeting new people in the working environment
and able to take pleasure in working as a part of a strong team. Highly motivated and creative
person who enjoy learning new skills. Even though a fresh graduates, can perform well due to the
experiences I gained during my internships (diploma and degree). Problem solving and being

FINAL YEAR PROJECT
Antioxidant activity of red and white dragon fruit peels using water and ethanol extraction
(comparison study).
 Did ethanol and water extraction to compare the total antioxidant activity in both red and
white dragon fruit peel.
 Found the best extraction method using different assays including free radical scavenging
(DPPH) assay and Ferrious ion chelating (FIC) assay for the antioxidant activity
of dragon fruit.
 Proved white pitaya has more antioxidant properties compared to red pitaya using t.test
(Microsoft Excel).
 Results were interpreted using three replicates reading.
 Undergo extensive reading and analysis of about 60 reference materials to write thesis for
the project within set timeline.
WORKING EXPERIENCE
Internship (October 2013- February 2014)
Sime Darby Plantation, Port Dickson.
 Worked as an intern after diploma in the palm oil lab and worked in a big team with
different culture people.
 Conducted moisture and dirt test for palm oil and palm kernel sample for each
processing stage of product using extraction method and oven.
 Paper works regarding palm oil and kernel (monthly report and daily report for the lab).
 Did FFA (free fatty acid) test for each processing stage of palm oil.
 Did DOBI (Deterioration Of Bleachability Index) test for palm oil using
spectrophotometry.
Internship (June 2016- 30 September 2016)
Pure Circle, Bandar Enstek.
 Worked as an intern after degree in Microbiological lab, Quality Assurance Department and
also Quality Control Department.
 Microbiology Lab
 Did total plate count (TPC) test for each processing stage of sweetener (product).
 Prepared agar for microbes testing including coliform, yeast, mould, thermophiles and also
mesophiles using Chromocult, Sabouraud Dextrose Agar, Standard Method Agar and
Dextrose Trytone Agar. Also conducted Air Monitoring Test.
 Quality Assurance Department
 Standardize the dimension (length, width, weight and thickness) of incoming packaging
material including plastic pallets, LDPE bags, aluminium bags, zipper bags and also carton
box by measuring their dimension at different points.
 Find out literature review for product specification of raw materials.
 Did summary for incoming raw materials and packaging materials based on CoA
availability (Certificate of Analysis ), MSDS (Material Safety Datasheet) availability, D.O
(Delivery order) availability, TSS (Technical Specification Sheet) availability, Allergen
Checklist availability, LOC (Letter of Compliance) availability, Microbes test reports
availability and also for different types of certificates availability.
 Worked on a project called „Database” to collect and simplify the entire company details
including pest control, GMP, HACCP, audits, food defence, product and process
information, sanitation and cleaning, shipping, labelling, environmental monitoring,
maintenance, type of certificates of the company and also many other information based
on suppliers and customers questionnaires.
