· Founded and managed fastest growing private lending company in Nevada. Lewis served as Vice President
of Sales and Chief Financial Officer. I recruited and trained 22 sales representatives to call investors to place
money in acquisitions and development loans wherein investors owned a proportionate share of a development
loan. The company produced $66 million in closed investor loans per year. Van performed all accounting
functions, including loan servicing as well as all human resources and risk management functions along with cash
forecasts and advised owner of merger and purchase opportunities.
· Created and managed a 90+ lot subdivision combining the cost savings of factory built home & the
“Ground set” method” in Diana, TX.
· Successfully overcame the cultural and language differences to erect buildings in Libya & Jordan.
· Grew a small pre-engineered steel building contractor in Houston to an International sales/build career.
· Learned the construction business from the famous family of 12 Hardin brothers.
