Hello,
Valentina Herrera was a student in my International Talent Acquisition class at the University of
California, lrvine Extension in May of 2015.
Valentina performed well in the course. She actively engaged in class assignments, contributing an
integrated blend of both academic and experiential examples. She worked effectively in team
assignments and projects and at times emerged as the leader of the group or team. Valentina
demonstrated creativity in her assignments and her assignments showed that she thinks with a global
lens. Her success in the course highlights just some of her skills. A hands-on experience in a human
resources environment will allow her to further develop her professional skills in working with others and
demonstrate her potential.
Valentina’s undergraduate degree in Human Resources coupled with her completion of the Accelerated
HR Certificate Program (ACP) at UCI Extension make her a good candidate for an internship. I
