To Whom It May Concern,
This reference letter is being written at the request of Taniazehra (Tania) Momin, who
has asked me to serve as a reference on her behalf. It is my understanding that Tania is
being considered by your organization for a Health Care Management position. Please
be advised that the information contained in this letter is confidential and should be
treated as such. I have known Tania for the past four semesters as she has taken the
following course which I teach: MBA 620 Human Resource Management. This subject
deals with motivating and managing human capital in order to enhance their potential
and to maintain camaraderie at work place. As her professor, I have had an opportunity
to observe Tania’s participation and interaction in class and to evaluate the student's
knowledge of the subject matter. I would rate her overall performance in these subjects
as excellent as is evidenced by her “A” grade. Tania actively participated in class
discussion and she was very much dedicated to assignments and examinations.
In addition, I have also served as Tania’s academic advisor in the MBA program and
she is an excellent communicator, conscientious, and persistent. She makes friends
with international and domestic students easily and it is obvious that she is a real friend
to others.
While she was an MBA student, Tania volunteered weekly at Birchaven Village Hospital
(during the Summer 2014) and at Ohio Orthopedic Clinic (Spring 2015) where she
helped to manage patients, equipment, and transportation.
Based upon the student's academic performance and my understanding of the position
for which the student is applying, I believe the student would perform very well and that
she will make me and my colleagues at The University of Findlay proud.
If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact me at 419-434-4002

Sincerely,
Scott Freehafer, Ph.D., SPHR
