To Whom It May Concern,
I had the pleasure of having Ms. Claudia Riquelme Perez enrolled as a
student in my Public Finance class during the fall 2015 semester. The
course was microeconomics based and dealt with issues of resource
allocation in the public sector. She was one of the very best students in a
class of juniors and seniors, ranking in the top five percent of the class.
Claudia demonstrated excellent analytical abilities and a strong grasp of
economic theory on examinations and during class discussions. Her
attendance was excellent, never missing a single class, and her presence
added to the intellectual environment of the class. She is very bright,
conscientious, and reliable.
Any organization would be lucky to obtain her services. I give her my
highest recommendation, without qualification.
Sincerely,
Michael Sesnowitz
