What is Delivery Agent System?
 The online Ordering System can be defined as a
simple and convenient way for customers to
purchase goods…..
 This System is enable by the internet. It is the
internet that connects online shopping companies
on one hand and customers on other hands.
 This whole process will done through delivery
agents and Several Software techniques…..and
this system is known as Delivery Agent System.

1- Delivery Agent System is the process of planning and executing last
mile delivery for packages and goods……
2- Delivery managers are responsible for scheduling order deliveries,
assigning them to couriers, overseeing operations while couriers are in
the field, and suggesting strategic improvements for future planning.
Depending on the size and complexity of a business, Delivery
management may also encompass certain aspects of vehicle oversight,
fuel management, and courier expense approvals.

5. ORDER MANAGEMENT
 Every time you place an order with a store,
there is a process that runs in the
background until you finally receive your
purchase. This process is called Order
Management which is basically keeping
track of customers’ orders and handling the
steps involved with fulfilling them.
 The process generally consists of
accepting the order; picking, packing, and
shipping the items mentioned in the order;
and finally tracking them until they get
delivered.

 In this system Evolutionary process model is used.
 Evolutionary model is commonly used when the
customers wants to start using the core features
instead of waiting for the full software.
