We also plan to setup a review option for products to get a understanding on where we are going wrong or right. Also questionnaires sent out in emails and flyers threw potential customers doors. And getting feed back from colleagues where I have work and supplier who I may have dealt with. </li></ul>

At the moment I run the website, do all sales and purchases and maintain accounts. Staff roles I will fill are, website administrator, receptionist, accountant, marketing manager and 2 warehouse staff. Once the staff have been employed there will be ongoing training to further enhance there skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Advisors </li></ul><ul><li>During the building process of the website I brought in advisors on website design, marketing and PR. </li></ul>
