Prof. Cristina Montesi
Cristina Montesi is actually confirmed researcher in Economic Policy at the Faculty of Economics of
Perugia (Italy), where she has been working since 2002.
Since a.a.2002/2003 she is Professor of Industrial Economics, on behalf of the Faculty of Economics of
University of Perugia, at the University Course in “Business Economics” of Terni.
Since a.a. 2004/2005 she is Professor of Environmental Economics at the Specialistic University Course in
“Economics and Business Control” of Terni.
Since a.a. 2010/2011 she is Professor of Economic Policy at the University Course in “Business
Economics” of Perugia.
Since a.a. 2005/2006 she is Professor of Economics of Development at Foreign Students’ University of
Perugia at the Specialistic University Course in “International Relations and Cooperation to development”.
Her main scientific interests are: local development, connection between ethics and economics, ecological
economics, civil economics, gender economics, gift economics.
She has recently edited the following books: P.Grasselli, C.Montesi (2008) (a cura di), L’interpretazione
dello spirito del dono, Franco Angeli, Milano; P.Grasselli, C.Montesi (2010) (a cura di), Le politiche attive
del lavoro nella prospettiva del bene comune, Franco Angeli, Milano.
