THE STUDY IS RESTRICTED TO AGRA COMPRISING STUDENTS.
LOCALE OF THE STUDY
STUDENTS IN AGRA WILL BE PURPOSIVELY SELECTED AS THE LOCALE OF THE STUDY.
RESEARCH DESIGN
I WILL CONDUCT THE PRIMARY DATA THROUGH SELF-MADE QUESTIONNAIRE. QUESTIONNAIRE
WILL BE MADE IN DIFFERENT SECTIONS SO THAT ALL THE OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY ARE
COVERED AND RELIABLE DATA PERTAINING TO EVERY OBJECT CAN BE OBTAINED.
4. JUSTIFICATION OF SAMPLE SIZE
THE RESPONDENTS FOR COLLECTING THE DATA WOULD BE CHOSEN FROM AGRA. THE
RESPONDENTS WOULD BE SELECTED THROUGH PRIMARY AND SECONDARY DATA.

According to the age factor, 2 were of 14-17, 75 were of 18-21, and
23 were 22-25years of age.
According to Education factor where 1 up to high school, 5 up to
intermediate, 88 up to graduate and 6 were above graduate.
According to the institute 50 were from St. Paul’s and 50 were from
St. Conrad’s.

11. REASONS AND INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS:
• THE DERIVED RESULTS SHOW THAT EACH OF THE INSTITUTE HAVE GOOD TALENT MANAGEMENT
OPPORTUNITIES. THE T-TEST HELPS US TO FIND THAT STUDENTS OF INSTITUTE 1 EXCEL IN LITERARY
ACTIVITY WHICH MEANS INSTITUTE 1 ST. PAUL’S IS GOOD IN ACADEMICS AND HAVE BETTER TALENT
NURTURING OVER INSTITUTE 2 WHICH IS ST. CONRAD’S. MATHEMATICS HAS ALSO GOT MORE SCORE OF
INSTITUTE 1 OVER INSTITUTE 2. REASONING AND SOCIAL INSTITUTE 1 SHOWS THAT IT EXCELS OVER
INSTITUTE 2 WHICH MEANS ST. PAUL’S HAS BETTER TRAINING FOR MATH’S, REASONING AND SOCIAL
ACTIVITY. THIS CONFIRMS ST. PAUL’S HAS BETTER MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR THESE ACTIVITIES.

•ST. CANARDS HAVE BETTER TALENT MANAGEMENT
OPPORTUNITIES THAN ST. PAUL’S IN SOFTWARE & IT AND
PHYSICAL TRAINING.
•GK. & CULTURAL ACTIVITY WE FOUND THAT BOTH INSTITUTE
HAVE SAME TALENT MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE
STUDENT WHICH MEANS THEY HAVE SIMILAR OR EQUAL ACTIVITY
WHICH HELP THEM TO NURTURE.
19. CONCLUSIONS OF THE STUDY
The conclusion which were drawn on the basis of findings are
stated as follows-
Since talent management practices plays an important part in our
careers. St. Paul’s has better talent management opportunities
and nurturing in comparison to St. Conrad's.
Concluding that institutes of agra have good talent management
practices but there is a room for development. institute of agra
should work on talent management opportunities and should give
proper nurturing to students.
20. LIMITATIONS OF THE PRESENT STUDY ARE
AS FOLLOWS-
• THE STUDY HAS BEEN CONFINED TO AGRA CITY THE SAMPLE OF THE STUDY
HAS BEEN COLLECTED FROM STUDENTS OF 2 CO-EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES.
• THE SAMPLE SIZE WAS LIMITED TO 100 RESPONDENTS ONLY.
• THE SCHOOL WHICH COMPRISES ONLY BOYS OR ONLY GIRLS WERE
EXCLUDED AS THE DATA MAY BE PARTIAL OR INAPPROPRIATE FOR
RESEARCH PURPOSE.
• SOME STUDENTS WERE INTROVERT/SHY SO THEY DIDN’T TAKE INTEREST IN
FILLING THE QUESTIONNAIRE.
