User Experience Design
2
Products users love start with a promise, focus, or vision which serves as a foundation and
builds upon that to create an emotional bond with the user.
Great products don’t finish their development by adding UX at the end. They start by
using a strong design process and that process starts with defining the product’s vision.
The vision needs to be clear and consistent throughout the product far beyond the
visible UX, ultimately focusing on the user’s objective.

Products start with a vision or a need that define the strategy. Research and ideation define a strong workflow and structure. This is the foundation
for making informed design and interaction decisions. Internal feedback and user testings provide final direction in getting the product ready for
deployment. Iteration never stops.
