I am an enthusiastic human-centered designer with a passion in UX and interaction design. My work is based on user research. My technical background allows me to easily communicate and negotiate designs with programmers. I am ready to take the lead and responsibility in the design role of a creative process alongside with the rest of the multi-disciplinary team. I currently lead the Design & Development team at Czech Television. I dream of an open approach to public broadcast service websites and I admire interesting concepts such as The Guardian, BBC and USA Today.
