How to Pay SCHOOL FEES for Ahmadu Bello University
(ABU) Zaria returning students - Electronic Invoice
payable by REMITA.NET (2015/2016 Session)
Logon to the school’s portal with your correct UserName and
Password at: https://portal.abu.edu.ng/

Click on “School Fees” tab
Click on the Session you want to pay for in this case it is
(2015/2016 SESSION: Registration fees Not Paid) as seen below

From the new window that opens, click on “Pay via Remita”
Remita will generate Your “Remita Retrieval Reference” (RRR)
number and also an Electronic Invoice will be emailed to you. The
content of the email will list several ways/options you can pay for
the invoice. Here, am going to make use of the online payment

system to Pay Now with Cards or Wallets (be free to choose any
method more convenient to you).
Select matercard and click proceed to pay with your local ATM
card.

Select your card type (Naira Debit MasterCard)

Fill in your cards details correctly and click on “Pay” button
Your bank may need a One Time Password to complete the
transaction, so follow the screen instruction to get it accordingly.

Now if your payment was successful, you will get a confirmation
email that contains your receipt for SCHOOL FEES made via
REMITA attached. You should also get an SMS alert from your
bank as usual.
