Quality Management Head and SEO QM provides Quality Inspection
Standards and Sample Size.
Raw Materials Quality Officers receive intimation of purchase order of Raw
materials from Procurement department weather the Raw materials are
local or imported through E-mail.
After receiving the raw materials in store, store incharge inform Raw
Materials Quality Officers through E-mail and issue the sample as per
defined sample size.
If lab test is required then Raw Materials Quality Officer mansion QC NO.
e.g (QA/Product Name/12/05-01) on each sample and send sample to
lab for test .
Raw Materials Quality Officers receive Lab test reports through E-mail.
Quality Inspector checks Raw materials as per specification / standards.
If Raw materials is accepted as per quality specification and lab test
reports then Raw Materials quality Officer prepared three copies of quality
report, send one copy in store in-charge, one copy to QA head and save
one copy in records, and attached the released (Green) slips on accepted
