TSC SECTION IX “PROVISION OF ANCILLARY SERVICES”:
To maintain the frequency within acceptable limits, support
the power balance, support the international power balance
Estimated value of FCR : UES of Ukraine (1 GW - load., 0.5 GW

algorithm - sub-item 15 of item 8.4.3., load. - 0.1 GW)
Min. technical requirements for FCR : activation delay not more
than 30 sec, commissioning not more than 15 min, stable supply
of FCR not less than 60 min, accuracy of active FCR active
power measurement - not less than +/- 1% of nominal power of
UHF supply unit, measurement cycle no more than 1 sec
Each FCR provider must confirm compliance with the minimum
technical requirements and FCR readiness requirements, notify
the TSO of the reduction in actual readiness or emergency

TSC SECTION IX “PROVISION OF ANCILLARY SERVICES”:
For the UES of Ukraine, the estimated reserve for replacement -
tertiary control: loading not less than 1 GW, for unloading not
less than 0.5 GW.
For Burshtyn area: for load. - according to the formula of sub-
clause 15 of clause 8.4.3, for unloading of 0.1 GW.
Each RR1) supplier must notify the TSO of a reduction in actual
readiness or of an emergency shutdown of its RR unit.
The TSO must ensure that the replacement reserve complies
with the technical requirements, readiness requirements and
requirements for joining its units to the replacement reserve.
