• Admission contest – single session in September.
• 30 funded places
• Registration
– For graduates with engineer diploma, the faculties organize the
registration for the admission contest for 10 days after license
examination; for those who participate in this registration period, a 25%
fee deduction will be applied.
• For the matriculation process, the admitted candidates have to deliver the
original licence diploma at the faculty secretariat. If the original diploma will
not be submitted in the due term, the admitted candidate’s application will
be denied.
• The registration fee is 100 RON.

• The program is coordinated by the Department of Science and Engineering
of Oxide Materials and Nanomaterials.
• In this department take part teachers with high professional competence,
gained in many years of teaching and research, who continue the tradition
of the School of Chemistry and Silicates Technology, founded over 50 years
ago by prof. erban Solacolu.Ș
• The teaching staff is concerned with promoting scientific research programs,

– Companies in the cement industry, lime industry, ceramic industry, glass
industry, accredited measurements laboratories, factory laboratories,
concrete stations etc. Related industries are all privately owned, many
of them belonging to multinational companies, offering attractive
employment opportunities and professional development;
– Research institutes.
• There are many cases when graduates are developing a business for small/
medium production or specialize in Master and PhD programs to optimize
their business.
• Graduates of the master’s program come in contact with research/
production during technologic practice, which takes place in factories and
research institutes in Bucharest and countrywide.
