My experience and knowledge would enable me to provide effective and efficient coaching and facilitation to
the Bank of America organization in support of your integration and governance initiatives.
As a result of my years of career efforts to facilitate and lead management-system improvements (across
multiple certifications) I have helped to solve a wide range of requirements (customer, business, operational
