This document summarizes the results of device modeling and simulation for a ceramic capacitor with part number DE1E3KX152MA5B. The simulation evaluated the capacitor's equivalent circuit using an auto-balancing bridge method over a frequency range of 100Hz to 100MHz. The simulation results for impedance magnitude and phase versus frequency matched well with measurements, with errors generally below 7%.
