Brief Job Description :
 Godrej Appliances Division
To carry and run smoothly Spare Part Dealers (SPD) and to met service delivery parameters
for some of the regions of West Bengal which also includes Revenue generation and AMC (
Annual Maintenance Contract) collection. Training is also imparted to Authorized Service
Point's (ASP) Team about our web portal, mobile application and to visit end customer's
premises for better understanding of the root cause of the defect . Also managing Franchisee
payment , FG (Finished Goods) Sales and defective clearance of 34 Spare Parts Dealers in
the entire state of West Bengal along with Outstanding Collection of SPDs and respective
ASPs.

2.  Godrej Security Solutions Division
To manage existing and find new Key Accounts for Business Generation in Sectors like
Defence/ Oil/ Gas/ Power/Offices/ Airports/ Railways/ Bus Terminals ; etc. Consulting
customers about Security solutions as per their needs, incorporation of generic Technical
Specifications of the products in Tenders along with Pre-Qualification Criteria (PQC).
Conducting site surveys as per customer's requirement and providing Bill of Material along
with Budgetary offer & Reports cum Observations for obtaining fruitful result of the project
. Channel partners like System Integrator / Architects / Dealers / Liasoning Agents are also
kept in the loop where they have got good mapping of the Key Account to act fast and
conveniently to achieve sales achievement . Imparted Demo and trainings to customers also
for various Security products as a part of the Tender. To clear Outstanding of the customers
within stipulated time and linking them for proper closure. Training imparted to Channel
Partners to increase the Team development and strength to ensure maximum Market
penetration and Brand recognition.

with defective clearance and revenue generation for 6 Sub Brands under Videocon brand
