PROJECTS
2012 Rohit Sinha Segmental Dynamic Time Warping Algorithm :Designed and Implemented the Algorithm to find
EEE Dept., IITG an optimal match between two sequences, from the vector coefficients calculated, a Euclidean
space matrix is constructed and a minimum distance path is found by calculating the weights of
the distances of the points that it can traverse. The minimum cost path indicates the best match.
2011 Amit Sethi “Guess it Out” Digital game: Designed a Digital game called “Guess it out” using 8085
EEE Dept., IITG Microprocessor and other Basic IC’s where you guess a number and it shows the guessed value
high or low or equal.
2013 Nihal Kularatna Study of Voltage DIP/UP Simulator and AVR : Studied the working of AC Voltage regulator with
University of the application of voltage dip/up simulator to measure the inherent delays of both the simulator
Waikato, which is controlled by PC remote software and the new model of Thor’s AC voltage regulator.
NewZealand This study helps in identifying the delay parameters so that the inner circuits are safer to operate
when there is a sudden Power loss.
2013-14 Out of Vocabulary words Detection by Unsupervised Pattern Discovery in Speech : As part of my
Rohit Sinha BTech Project here I am using the earlier designed SDTW algorithm to find out of vocabulary
EEE Dept., IITG words by setting a threshold level and whenever a new word is spoken, it is matched with
existing data and if the distortion score is greater than the threshold it is considered as an OOV .
