Security Guards Department (12people). AVON has 12 branches in Ukraine and AVON Georgia as a special
structure. So I had got around 20 business trips per year. The budget of both departments was approximately
180 000 USD annually.
Selected Accomplishments:
• Identified a major security threat in the system and rectified it effectively
• Updated the company’s video security system and reorganized the security staff due to it the quantity of
loss at AVON was reduced by 39% - 15000 Euros per 10 months.
