can be combined into any size building. Modules are shipped to the
customer in sections and assembled on site in a matter of hours.
MicroHomes value proposition is the fastest delivery on the market.

5. WALL PANELS
PUR Panel frame
● Panels consist of strong LVL, PUR
insulation and OSB
● The closed-cell insulation foam is
inserted into panels in liquid mode with
special technology and thereby leaves no
air gaps
● Structural roof and floor panels are
enforced with inner panel LVL beams
● LVL & OSB can be replaced with any
other material

6. PUR PANEL ADVANTAGES
Advantages over traditional construction methods
● PUR panels are up to 50% more thermal efficient than walls using stud framing and
fiberglass insulation. There are less gaps, drafts and air leakage.
● While the materials cost about the same, it is much less expensive to build with PUR
panels (less labor needed and much faster construction)
● PUR panels are more fire resistant as they do not have air channels between layers that
allow fire to “run up” the inside of the wall
● Less material waste as panels are made in a factory with precise machinery rather than
by hand on site
● PUR panels are actually much stronger than traditional wood stud construction as the
internal foam acts as a brace and support along the entire length and width of the
outside layers
