Having worked in the Facilities Services industry for over 20 years with
companies like Starbucks Coffee, Russell Investments, Mellon Bank of
New York , Egis Real Estate services and Owner/Operator of a Health
and Fitness Spa to include owning a property management company;
SeaReal Property Management.
Major strengths are in commercial building assets and project
management, 3rd party client services and vendor relationships.

4. MY ROLE FOR STARBUCK COFFEE
Responsible for the daily operation and facilities management
of Starbucks Coffee Company’s 2M sq. ft. corporate office and
satellite facility’s. Directed operations team members,
administered master preventive maintenance program.
Develop and monitored budget. Conduct tenant improvements
and capital projects including construction, renovations and
acquisition of new corporate spaces. Manager of facilities
services for corporate flight center.

service for the respective client. Managed and
directed all Life Safety initiatives.

new business development initiatives of this under-performing
commercial and residential real estate office. Negotiated leases
managed tenant improvement contracts.
