TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
• Over 15 years of IT experience in the planning, leading, and
implementing of critical projects focused on innovative enterprise
information systems architecture design and deployment, with at
least 5 years focusing on the evaluation, implementation,
operation, and training associated with electronic health record
systems.
• Design/implement data centers that efficiently run the daily
operations for 2500+ remote users in addition to providing storage
and ease of management for hosted applications.
• Long-term strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance
of an enterprise-wide, 24x7, mission-critical, high availability
Technology Infrastructure that includes 350+ servers throughout 21
cities and 38 remote offices resulting in a 99.999% operational up-
time.
• Design and overall responsible for all technology under the domain
of the Information Technology department, including all portions of
computer, network, server, voice, hardware, and software.

technology initiatives. Drive new technology deployments and
strategies. Provide support to company leadership to meet defined

technical resources for health centers located throughout the State
of Arizona. Manages technical staff members whose primary focus
is the design and installation of server, network, security, database,
and voice infrastructure.
• Contribute dynamic leadership skills towards directing, managing,
and supporting IT resources for 5 different organizations, with full
accountability for leading and coordinating all
technology/consulting projects.
• Created network security audit process to ensure event collection,
auditing, and actionable items were created and enforced.
• Responsible for preparing and maintaining departmental budgets;
monitoring expenses and revenue; evaluating and analyzing data;
strategically forecasting fiscal year needs.
INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT
• Gather requirements to meet strategic initiative set by senior
leadership and the board of directors, produce specification
documents, agile delivery schedules, and monitor the
implementation of each project.
• Develop plans, implement processes to protect network/data
against security threats.
• Oversee management of projects, system and networking
documentation, and system status reporting.
• Design, implement and manage a Service Management plan,
including selecting an ITIL-ready Service Desk application, defining
scope and objectives, identifying risks, and the maintenance,
monitoring, analysis and reporting on service performance that is
necessary for the successful delivery of a high-quality helpdesk
solution.
• Responsible for forecasting Technology plans to develop, enhance,
and improve patient health.
• Meet with partners, scope work, document design, and create
deliverables to improve businesses dealings with technology.
• Collaborates with other organizations and businesses to assure
smooth development and initiation of new products and services.
