A successful, highly motivated Mechanical Engineer with 2 years experience
throughout the oil & gas refinery and Production plant in the field of maintenance and
services department (Rotating and Static Equipments).
Job Responsibilities
 Maintenance inspection of Heat Exchangers, Fin fan coolers, Pumps and
miscellaneous piping works.
 All type of stud bolt, gasket, flange, supports, as per drawings.
 Responsibilities include supervision of all mechanical and piping activities and
Maintenance.
 Acquire knowledge of basic Rig Components & Operations and Drilling, Casing,
Tubing, Work Over and Shifting (mantel & dismantling) too.

 Co-ordination with Pre Commissioning Group, Civil/ Structural/ Equipment/
Engineering Group for any site query Monthly Planning and Scheduling, Progress
Monitoring, Resource Mobilization and Look Ahead Plan.
 Preparation of isometric drawings.
 Incoming materials inspection and reviewing of test certificates in accordance
with relevant codes & standards.
 Conducting welder performance qualification test (WPQT) and preparation of
welder performance qualification report and card.
 Ensure proper implementation of design at site.
 Inspection during shop fabrication and site installation of welding of piping.
 Preparation of daily welding report, daily RFI (request for inspection) and
welding summary report.
 Preparation of work packages for piping jobs.
 Working in line with the company’s HSE policy.
 Certification, Safety, Site Coordination.
 Material & Manpower co-ordination.
 Planning, Schedule Monitoring, Control of field Activities & Reporting Daily
progress on Productivity.
