lower costs
 Generate and review Job Safety Analysis and Work Instruction documents for supervisors and
employees to communicate safety, job expectations and accountability
 Enforce safety, quality, productivity and efficiency policies/standards in cooperation with
department heads and HR Department up to and including corrective discipline when warranted
 Develop supervisors through coaching / training, team building, goal setting and communicating
expectations and accountability
 Report on safety, quality, productivity, efficiency on a daily basis
 Review new hires/probationary employees to ensure proper training and audit employee weekly
reviews completed by departmental supervisors
