In hershort periodof time withUOLCFYTina demonstratedthe abilitytocomplete taskstoagood

strongpractical bent. Accordingly,she couldbe employedintasksrequiringconceptual thinkingor
intasks that requiredamore “hands-on”approach. She was a veryconscientiousworker,being
