As her manager at Telexpress , I can prove that she is a very intelligent and creative
employee. During the time to work with her, I could tell that she was a girl with passion and
enthusiasm in marketing. Her performance at a few projects we worked together also
impressed me a lot.
In her position as PM, She was very dedicated on fining consumer's need, analyzing all the
information, and coming out workable solutions for clients by utilizing all the data from
marketing research. And when the projects were going down to the implement stage, she
always work very hard on the project launching and very flexible to cooperate with her team
members, clients, and external media vendors such as graphic design or PR agents.
Moreover, I found that Tina knows the importance of brining a good ROI to clients is as
much as making creative marketing campaigns. Therefore, she always try to find a balance
between these two key elements on our projects. This proves that she is a keen marketer
who is capable of considering both practical and creative side when making strategic plans. I
