This company has been operating for many years small to large Slot and Bingo Operations. They felt that it was time
for some extra security. My main responsibility initially is to install over 2,000 cameras and 60 DVR’s that all record
locally in the various locations. Since being here I have constructed a main control centre in the Head Office where all
live feeds come back to, so that all locations can be monitored more securely. I am also responsible for 26 Slot
Operations in another European country nearby and those feeds are also fed back to the central control room. We have
just taken over a live game casino and I am in the process of upgrading the surveillance equipment and training the
CCTV personnel. We are also in the process of opening 2 new Live Game Casinos that will open 1st
October

Responsible for the smooth running of the surveillance department in one of Europe’s biggest casinos. 30 Staff
members in total with 2 full time CCTV technicians.
Installed the first fully digital surveillance system in the Balkans (Tirana). From initial planning through to
installation
Restructured the surveillance department to increase efficiency, instigated new procedures to enhance security.
Put in place a completely new training program for the surveillance staff, which included operator training (2
week course) which was the training of operators that had never been inside a casino, cheating training (1 week)
which is an in-depth training program that covers all aspects of cheating, Supervisor training manual and a
managers training manual
At present we are installing a new digital system that will operate 320 cameras with full digital recording and
Audio. My responsibilities on this project were to plan the smooth installation of the digital system with no
downtime. The law restricted us from shutting down any part of the system during the installation.
