POSITION: Director (finance and operations)
 This company had been in existence since 2004. My duties are to make decision
on all aspect of finance and operations which include monitoring the preparations
of financial statements and forecast to determine the company liquidity position,
financial position and performance for the period.
 In operations, I oversee successful clearance of ship and brokerage of new
deals. I used my extensive connection to get contracts for the company,
negotiate contract price and terms with client on behalf of the company.
 Review of regulatory risk as while as financial risk each project will expose the
company to, and strategize with other directors the best approach for the project.
 I direct corporation’s investment opportunity, review tax assessment report,
review annual budget and the implementation of internal control of the company.
 I Monitor compliance with the Shipping Agency compliance policies and ANCLA
policies and procedures. Advise on sanctions for breach of Compliance.
 I am also responsible for the processes of policy development, improvement,
management & provision of guidance to junior employees, managers and other
verticals on the application of company policy in all situations.
 In brief, I enforce communication of financial strategic policy to middle managers
and monitor their implementation and also their limitations for future upgrade.
