SNapp
SNapp is a free mobile application that
allows retailers to manage their
interaction with us online. SNapp
enables customers to:
• Make alterations to their orders
• Claim for any missing titles and

and Promotional messages
• New desktop version of the app has
been developed – SNapp Online
• designed to allow as many of the key
customer transactions as possible to be
completed at a time that suits them

Night Sales
• 73 former Newsflash customers
• 13 of those customers were already SN
customers open for news and supplies
were increased from Wednesday 3rd
May – all retailers saw a WOW
increase in overall national
newspaper sales
• 31 customers who traded with
Newsflash and not with SN were set up
either through City News where they
were 24 hours, or their respective
wholesale depot if not 24 hours
• The City News operation has grown by
1.7k copies per day since the
Newsflash closure
• A further c300 copies per day are going
through live news to former Newsflash
customers who are not trading 24 hours
