I launched and developed a RIA project (Rich Internet Application) # 1 <ul><li>Client : Consulting Company </li></ul><ul><li>Objective : In 2009 I launched and developed a startup project based on the creation of an application aimed at facilitating choices of cultural goods (books, music, movies) and bundled with a content editing offering for entertainment industries and general public. The rationale behind this project comes from Internet impact on entertainment business : novelty drives purchases while overabundant offering still invades the market and huge unexploited back catalogues don’t reach amateurs due to missing quality prescription and advise. </li></ul><ul><li>Business Model : This application is based on an innovative RIA (Rich Internet Application) model which integrates sound, image and videos, offers full-web 2.0 functionalities (interoperability with social media platforms)) and enables e-commerce transactions. This solution is designed to offer a optimized user experience through the convergence of high-value tailored contents with an intuitive and interactive design interface. </li></ul><ul><li>I was committed to assessing the project feasibility and translating it into an executable business plan: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Complete elaboration of the project business plan : market analysis, business model, building of services offerings, pricing, business forecast,  marketing and sales strategy, operational organization, swot. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>POC (Proof of Concept ) Management with the developer, web designer and editor team. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Edouard Dupressoir 2009 </li></ul>

I launched and executed the Executive University <ul><li>Objectives </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Involvement of Oracle Partners into a communication and recruiting campaign with Oracle to hire new consultants in HR, Finance and CRM in order to face experts resources shortage due to Oracle mergers and acquisitions. I defined and setup the marketing strategy of Oracle University, the Oracle education division in France <ul><li>Objectives : Promoting 1,300 Oracle learning services in instructor-led and online formats, generating opportunities, maximizing courses attendance rate, increasing Licenses customers use of training services and improving loyalty of clients installed base through: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Product marketing strategy : solutions benchmarking, pricing and product positioning, IT training trend, customer satisfaction survey. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Results : Launch of the e-learning offerings: Oracle iLearning LMS - Subscription to the Online Learning Portal bundled with the in-class trainings - Blended learning paths (online and in-class training curriculum designed by competencies, products and job roles). First Oracle Certified Professional reference in France. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Direct marketing strategy : eMarketing, event management (Elearning Expo, iLearning Forum), data mining, campaign execution and sales support activities. I realized an awareness – image – satisfaction survey and a competition analysis of a design and multimedia School based in France <ul><li>Client : Training Institute– Design and multimedia department </li></ul><ul><li>Objectives : A French Professional Training Institute created in 1945, aimed at enabling employability and social promotion through training in 6 competencies area (Tourism, Hotel, Sales and Management, Entertainment, Social, Design and Multimédia) decided to launch a reflection on the development strategy of its design and multimedia department. </li></ul><ul><li>This Institute asked me to measure the awareness, image and customer satisfaction of the design and multimedia department among 2,000 clients and partners. </li></ul><ul><li>This survey has been monitored with the Soft Concept software and with the participation of a call center of 12 students from the sales training department. </li></ul><ul><li>In addition to the results analysis , I provided a competition overview plus marketing and business development recommendations on new learning contents topics in synergy with other training departments in the Institute and additional customer targeting. </li></ul><ul><li>Edouard Dupressoir 2009 </li></ul>

I improved the awareness and developed the corporate image of Phoenix International, a new Clinical Research group settled in Europe <ul><li>Objective : Announcing and promoting the creation of a new Contract Research Organization towards the Pharmaceutical Industry. This new group resulted from the merger between Verum Item, based in Europe and Phoenix International based in North America. </li></ul><ul><li>I set up and executed the advertising and communication campaign with the Concept agency, events and exhibitions partnerships, conferences and media relations. </li></ul><ul><li>I conducted the harmonization of the communication policy within the European affiliates and the production of marketing tools to support the sales activity : new graphic and identity chart, e-newsletters, Request-For-Proposal model, sales kit, promotional goodies, direct marketing campaigns . </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Increase of the new group awareness up to 44% (spontaneous) and 90% (prompted) in 1999. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Building and implementation of the new European corporate business and marketing plan across Europe with a 700 K€ budget. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Edouard Dupressoir 2009 </li></ul>
